Relax. . .All is Well!

Author: Kate Corbin

In Search of Wisdom. Motivated by an intense desire to unravel the mysteries of Life and Death, and with a deep inner knowing that it is possible to be happy, I have been a life-long seeker of wisdom and truth. When my search brought me to the Well-Being philosophy of Abraham-Hicks, I knew I had found the treasure.

Having embraced the Law of Attraction and other life-enhancing principles, I feel as if I have entered an entirely new Universe - a Magical Universe where dreams really do come true, where Life itself is a pure joy, where feeling good is the most important thing, and where, truly, All is Well.

According to the Well-Being Philosophy:

Life is supposed to be fun. Well-Being is the basis of the Universe. We can enjoy * vibrant good health at any age * a thrilling occupation * ever-flowing abundance * joyous relationships * anything and everything we desire.

As I began to apply the Well-Being philosophy in my own life, I recognized my long-standing habit of keeping my body in a chronic state of alert. I realized that keeping my body tense is resistance which restricts the Life Force Energy that would otherwise be mine. So I started checking in with my body throughout the day to consciously release muscle tension while issuing this gentle reminder - Relax. . .All is Well. Relax. . .All is Well. Relax. . .All is Well.

Finally, It's Possible to Relax. Having been on guard all my life, I was definitely ready to relax. The Well-Being philosophy makes it possible for me to be truly at ease for the first time in my life because I now know that:

There is only a Source of Well-Being that flows. No one is trying to hurt me. (Oh, how I had guarded against people trying to hurt me!) Nothing unwanted can assert itself into my life and arbitrarily get me because nothing can come into my life that I have not invited in with my thoughts and feelings. I cannot get it wrong. I have nothing to prove and no one to impress. I am absolutely and eternally wonderful and worthy of all good things. Truly, All is Well.

Little by little, I have allowed myself to loosen up and let the Well-Being flow. As I relax, I allow Life Force Energy and Vitality to flow to me and through me. The more I relax, the larger dose of Well-Being I enjoy. As I relax into this wondrous awareness of my natural state of Well-Being, I feel the Energy, the Vitality, the Life Force I have always wanted.

As a reminder to relax, I keep a picture on my desk of Madeleine, my West Highland terrier, asleep on her back - four rubbery legs flailing in the air. She knows All is Well. My body knows it too and, more than anything, wants to relax and let in the good stuff.

Relax...All is Well! The following affirmations are a good reminder for me to breathe and relax:

I RELAX into my natural Well-Being. I RELAX and know that I can be and do and have whatever I desire. I RELAX and know that there is nothing to fear. I RELAX and know that there is nothing to prove. I RELAX and know that there is no one I need to please or impress. I RELAX and know that I can not get it wrong. I RELAX and know that I am here to feel good, have fun, and enjoy the journey. I RELAX and know that there is nothing to guard against. I RELAX and know that there is only a Source of Well-Being that flows. I RELAX and know that All is Well!

Aaaah! That feels good.
