Section 1 - The Basics: Getting traffic to your website is one thing, but getting sales is another. There is no point having thousands of people at your website but not buying anything. Here is one secret, many marketers tend to think that writing things such as BUY NOW 100 times will make the visitor buy the product in the end. It really doesnt work like that, you need to give them something they are looking for, relevance.

Section 2 - Something to get them to buyI have noticed that giving visitors free tips on your landing page can help in sales. If you give decent tips, they will gain trust in you and come back for more regardless of poor your sales letter is. There is definitely a way to annoy customers and drive them away, that way is by saying buy this, buy this over and over. Repeating high figures like $4, 000 per month etc wont help, they have seen it before on the thousands of other money making sites. Do not over do it.

Section 3 - The ads themselves Before they get to your site, they will be searching for something, this something needs to be represented in your actual ad. This MUST be very similar to what is on your page, as close and as relevant as possible. Say you write something outrageous and manage to get them to click. Big deal, if its not relevant and not what they wanted, theyll leave. Believe me, Ive seen it happening on my sites. If it is relevant, there is a high chance of staying and a bigger chance of buying. Especially if the keywords include words like buy and purchase

Section 4 - Building a Mailing List! Building a mailing list can increase your sales by 400% and beyond. Say you get 100 clicks on your ad and your conversion rate is 1. That means you could be spending, for example $30 for 1 sale, the sale could be $30. Now thats not much profit is it? Its none. If you build a mailing list, you can manage to turn that $30 into $300 or possibly more. A mailing list is basically where somebody can opt-in to receive emails from you. It doesnt cost them a penny and you will be sending them messages for months to come at the selected intervals that you decide. My tips on building mailing lists:Always create a section on your sales page where they can opt-in to your mailing list, they just type in their name and email address and begin receiving it immediately.

Create a silent pop up on your website. not a traditional pop up but a silent one. You have probably seen these on certain sites. They attract attention but are not annoying. They type in their name and email address and click yes or sign up etc and then they receive your newsletter. I highly recommend using Ad Impact, for more information about Ad Impact, go to Ad Impact.com. Give them FREE tips in your newsletter, NEVER give them a sales letter, dont tell them to buy this or buy that. Give them a bunch of free tips, not giving everything away, just a few tips with a link to the actual product you are selling at the bottom of the page. This will promote trust within them. And it will be this trust and not an annoying sales letter that will get you the sales and ultimately the money.
